Winter Wednesdays
The winter is a special time to be in the forest. As the earth quiets down and the plants rest, a more subtle yet magical world is revealed. Come embrace this wonderful season and learn to love the outdoors all-year long.
Ages: 7-12
Time: 9am - 3pm
Dates: Wednesdays, January 8, 15, 22 & 29, February 5, 12, & 19 (7 days total)
Price: $315

Location: 205 acres of forested land on The Asheville School campus in W. Asheville.

Winter Weather Safety: Unlike our other programs, Winter Wednesdays will observe the 2-hour delay and cancellation alerts as issued by the Buncombe County School system(BSC). What this means is that if BCS cancels or delays the start of school due to unsafe winter driving conditions, so will Forest Floor.
