The wild plants of forest and field are delicious!  Learn to locate wild edibles on the landscape and positively identify them.   Find out what is safe to eat and which plants are poisonous.  Instructors will guide campers in the practice of sustainable and ethical harvesting.  Children will enjoy collecting, preparing, and cooking a wild meal from scratch!  Along the way they'll learn many other valuable wilderness skills like how to make and tend a campfire, how to move through the forest safely, how to avoid getting lost, etc.
